Track My Order

Follow your Face of Earth order from checkout to delivery.

  1. Log in with the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open Orders to see if a purchase is processing, completed, or refunded.
  3. Or enter your order number and billing email below.

If an order has not updated within 5 business days, email hello@faceofearthcosmetic.co.za with your order number.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
