What is the delivery fee?

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery is free on orders R500 and over. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your area.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

We currently deliver within South Africa. Email hello@faceofearthcosmetic.co.za if you have a special request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and the payment options shown at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Returns page.
